Wages are paid direct by the client... In this case the client is responsible for the payment of workers’ wages, deduction of PAYG tax and attendance to other taxes and insurances and all other payroll-related obligations including the disbursement of group certificates. In this case Alseasons acts only in the capacity of introduction agent.
Wages must be paid either on completion of shift or assignment, or within one (1) week of the work being performed by agreement with Alseasons’ booking office.
Trading Terms
Alseasons’ trading terms allow for daily booking fees to be billed monthly on the last Tuesday of each month.
Disputes must be made to Alseasons within 7 days of booking assignment, or disputes raised within 48 hours of invoice/statement date.
Accounts are issued on seven (7) day terms, and Alseasons reserves the right to withdraw service where accounts are in arrears. Further, where credit card details are provided by the client to Alseasons, the client authorises Alseasons to charge overdue billings to the credit card without prior notice.

Alseasons' liability in all payroll-related areas is totally dependent upon final payment of accounts within Alseasons' trading terms.
Worker's Compensation... Any work-related accident involving workers paid through Alseasons' agency payroll must be reported to Alseasons immediately and a written accident report sent to Alseasons within 24 hours according to the Worker's Compensation ruling to qualify for insurance cover by ACPS.
To ensure that safe work practices are maintained outside of Alseasons' direct control, worker's compensation cover by ACPS is strictly conditional upon the client (end user) having signed Alseasons' payroll services agreement, and therein having endorsed that such safe work practices are maintained.
On-going employment of agency staff...
All workers introduced by Alseasons Casuals are introduced for the express purpose of employment and all instances of on-going or further employment, whether directly or through arrangement with any other party, will be subject to on-going placement fees to Alseasons.
Should an Alseasons Casual be provided with permanent, full-time or on-going work within six (6) months of their most recent or assignment through Alseasons or ACPS, permanent placement or release fees shall apply regardless of how the offer or acceptance of on-going employment is negotiated.
