Food & Beverage Service Staff

Alseasons provides casual work and event staff to the hospitality industry, including many of Sydney’s most highly regarded caterers, hotels, clubs and event. 

 

Event or Function Waitstaff

To work with Alseasons Casuals you will need…

 

• The ability to carry 3 plates, clear 5 and carry loaded trays of beverages and canapés

• Open and serve wine from the bottle

• A current (RSA)  Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

• Fluency in English

 

Baristas​

• Experience preparing a range of espresso coffees, texturing milk,

• preparing and serving cappuccinos, café lattes, macchiato etc.

Uniforms for Bar and Waitstaff:

 

Men

• Long black plain dress trousers

• Long sleeve plain WHITE business shirt 

• Long sleeve plain BLACK business shirt 

• Long black apron

• Black (vest) waist coat

• Black leather polished shoes with black socks 

• Alseasons' black tie (available from Alseasons)

• Round neck black plain BONDS t-shirt 

 

Women

• Black tailored trousers (no hipster pants)

• Long sleeve WHITE business shirt

• Long sleeve BLACK business shirt

• Long black apron

• Black (vest) waist coat

• Black polished shoes (laced leather shoe or low-heeled court shoe)

• Black socks or knee highs

• Alseasons' black tie (available from Alseasons)

• Round neck plain black BONDS t-shirt  

 

Also required for F&B Staff:

• A current RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

• An Australian Tax File Number and if applicable, an Australian work visa

• Waiter's Tray

• Waiter's friend (good quality wine knife)
