Strong candidate relationship

One on one, face-to-face interviews are conducted and each candidate introduced to our clients is thoroughly Reference checked, with Immigration Visa and 100% ID verified during the process. Where or when Alseasons are unable to complete any part of our due diligence we inform the client immediately.
Internally managed recruitment does not offer a guarantee of success. It merely performs the recruitment exercise all over again if the original appointment does not work out. We offer a three (3) month guarantee on a permanent placement. If for some reason the placed candidate does not live up to expectations, it is then up to the recruiter to undertake the recruitment exercise again. Whilst it is disappointing if this is the outcome given all the points above, there is peace of mind knowing a guarantee exists and a onetime replacement will be offered.

The hours and cost required in the recruitment process: screening applications, telephone screening interviewing, reference and visa checking are often under estimated. Alseasons will save you time because we only put the best people in front of you. One thing you should always remember from both a jobseeker and employer point of view – as a Recruitment Agency it’s in our best interest to provide the best value and quality service and quick turnarounds as we only generate revenue with successful placements. Conditional upon payment of the placement fees, within Alseasons’ trading terms of seven (7) days from the commencement of employment. Each placement is supported by a three (3) months warranty, to allow you time to establish that the person you have employed is truly suitable to your long-term purposes and to ensure that your new employee is properly settled into the job.
