2014 November Update

Alseasons eRoster

Since the introduction of the Alseasons eRoster both staff and clients have benefited from the sleek look and efficiency for staff to access their jobs including all the relevant details, and allowing them to manage their availability at anytime. Next month a new feature will be added where staff can record and enter the hours they have worked and submit timesheet/s via smartphone. The completed timesheet/s will be generated and emailed to clients daily or weekly for approval. How simple is that? Clients on email can still use the timesheet link if they prefer, however clients submitting by fax or manual email will be required to use the new timesheet system. "I would like to thank our client for their feedback on Alseasons staff who worked on Melbourne Cup Day ... This year the team provided where the best, staff were so well presented, polite and diligent. Congratulations Alseasons on a great team on our busiest day of the year. We love Alseasons, thinking and being proactive on a day that can get out of control. Thank you Alseasons your staff made us look good." Now that the Melbourne cup is over (sad about the two horses that had to be put down) at Alseasons it officially starts the being of what our industry calls the "Silly Season" and that's when work gets really interesting. It’s nothing to have our staff serving champagne at the top of the Harbour Bridge or “ready when you are Mr DeMille" as our team features on My Kitchen Rules, or serving the most discerning guest at a beautiful 7 star spa resort, to a traditional Chinese wedding. This is what makes hospitality so interesting while we continue building our team of professional staff who can handle any challenge, anywhere, anytime. New Years Eve falls this year on a Wednesday and it is fast approaching so we ask that you inform us of your bookings; we are happy to accept them as tentative, and this way we can start working on filling your request/s with your preferred and regular team. Client of the Month for October: Emirates Resort Wolgan Valley Employee of the Month for October: Dominic Kaikaty - extremely popular with clients and staff. and never leaves anyone stranded, always willing to give someone a lift.
