Food & Beverage Service

• Event and function staff Bar and Waitstaff

• Corporate Boardroom Waiters

• Baristas and Coffee Artists

F&B Service requirements:

• The ability to carry 3 plates, clear 5 and carry loaded trays

       of beverages and canapés; open and serve wine from the bottle

• A current RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

• Fluency in English

• An Australian Tax File Number and if applicable, an Australian work visa

• Waiter's Tray and Waiter's friend (good quality wine knife)

• Qualified Chefs - Banquet, A la carte and Institutions

• Certificate 3 Cooks and Larder Hands
