Wollongong, Central Coast and Wolgan Valley.
Alseasons' clients range from Major Venues, High-end Caterers and Contract Caterers, Corporate firms, Restaurants and Hotels, Aged Care, Schools and Hospitals. We are seeking the cream of the crop to join Alseasons' frontline team to reflect the quality of staff and service for which we're renowned.
Food & Beverage Service
Event and function staff Bar and Waitstaff
Corporate Boardroom Waiters
Baristas and Coffee Artists
F&B Service requirements:
The ability to carry 3 plates, clear 5 and carry loaded trays
of beverages and canapés; open and serve wine from the bottle
A current RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Fluency in English
An Australian Tax File Number and if applicable, an Australian work visa
Waiter's Tray and Waiter's friend (good quality wine knife)
Chefs and Cooks
Qualified Chefs - Banquet, A la carte and Institutions
Certificate 3 Cooks and Larder Hands
- Catering Assistants
- Counter and Snack Bar Attendants
Customer Service Attendants
Cashiers (electronic cash register experience)
